Narrative
The Garvey sisters are linked by their parents' deaths and the promise to always protect each other. Sharon Horgan (Eva) is the older sister of former Irish rugby player Shane Horgan. Eve Hewson (Becka) is the daughter of U2’s Bono.

Brian Gleeson (Thomas) is the son of actor Brendan Gleeson and the brother of actor Domhnall Gleeson. in episode (2022). Bad Sisters is brilliantly executed in every detail, starting with its damn good screenplay.
The ensemble is fantastic, clearly very good
But it is also technically excellent, with a great soundtrack and cinematography, coupled with very good locations. take their time with their material and provide plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, but are capable of the pathos required for shows of this nature. Bad Sisters is a true black comedy in every sense of the word – but sympathetic – with rich Irish humor that breaks through and invests us in the sister’s fortunes.
So we’re all conflicted – brilliant!
So even though the girls are not doing well, there’s always the hanging question – ‘but are they really?’ – because we identify with their situation and the judgments they form.
